The New Physics

An arrow and a bird
are so much alike,
sharing the air and feathers.
I walk among buildings,
trees and flesh called people,
seeing reality in a bundle.
I imagine it all put together
with a little building set,
if viewed all at once,
would just be a jumble,
an arrow sticking out here . . .
a bird there.
