Different Opinions

I've found that whatever proposition or opinion is stated, there are always conflicting arguments for and against. For example - somebody's:

"Well dressed, sophisticated older woman"

is somebody else's:

"Overdressed, mutton-dressed-as -lamb!"

The one person's:

"Interesting and erudite book on the 'Barnacles and Whelks and Gastropod species of the Korean Shoreline"

is the:

"Boring load of rubbish about shellfish" of the second person.

To one listener:

"He was knowledgeable and fascinating!"

To the next:

"He had verbal diarrhoea!"
