The Ever-Changing Seasons. 1996

I've just finished fixing some ceramic tiles around the shower area in the bathroom.  Now I am at my desk - baby Cameron is playing on the bed. It is truly wonderful the way  the seasons come and go.

In spring the daffodils and primroses are out in all their glory -primroses are my favourite flower and remind me of my youth in Tenbury Wells.  The fields opposite to the house are green; the horses are grazing contentedly on the fresh, clean new grass.  A family of three ducks parade in single file amongst the tussocks of long grass.   Now it is late autumn.  The flowers have gone.  The ducks have flown away.   The grass has turned brown.
I am happier  living in this house than I have ever been in my life.
