 Life... lewe.

 Being [noun]... wese.

 I was... ek was.

 He was... hy was.

 They were... hulle was.

 I am... ek is.

 You are... jy is / julle is (pl)

 He is... hy is.

 They are... hulle is.

 I will be... ek sal wees.

 He will be... hy sal wees.

 They will be... hulle sal wees.

 There was... daar was.

 There will be... daar sal wees.

 It existed... dit het bestaan.

 Finally ten short sentences - 'existence' word in brackets]

 Example: The girl [is] a student.

 The girl is a student... Die meisie [is] 'n student.

The boy is being kind... Die seun [is] gaaf. (Continuous truth (the boy is kind)... OR... Die seun [is besig] om gaaf te wees - ongoing action happening now (the boy [is busy] being kind.)

The building has existed for ten years... Die gebou [bestaan] al vir tien jaar.

 The girl is running quickly... Die meisie hardloop vinnig –

(The girl runs quickly)... OR... Die meisie [is besig] om vinnig te hardloop - (the girl [is busy] running quickly)

The boy is handsome... Die seun [is] aantreklik.

The man is a doctor... Die man [is] 'n dokter.

I believe in the existence of atoms... Ek glo in die [bestaan] van atome.

 Life exists on earth... Lewe [bestaan] op aarde.

I like being a student... Ek hou daarvan om 'n student [te wees].

I enjoy life... Ek geniet [die lewe].

 I love him/her with my whole 'Being.' ... Ek het  hom/haar met my hele [wese] lief.
